Conceptual ART?

Darth wrote me that art should only satisfy our senses, it doesn't matter if it is conceptual art.

Here I am posting a work of "ART" that of course it will touch us deeply. The "artist" was chosen to be at the Centroamerican Biennial 2008 in Honduras. The work of "ART" was a dog that was tied up at the exhibition hall, he was left without water nor food. Visitors could see the starving dog dieing.

Is that Art? Killing a dog in front of public? Where is art going nowadays?

NB: If you want to sign the petition to boicot this "artist" please click on: SIGN

British Islands ... a magnet?

The picture I am posting here belongs to the Modern Tate.

The crash is a work of art by Dora Salcedo (Colombian) and it intervenes directly in the fabric of the huge Turbine Hall. I was there 5 months ago and I cannot imagine the impact that this chasm should bring on to Tate visitors. LA told me that the feeling of that immense hall fractured opens many questions... Is it a crash of modernity? A crash of Art?
